परि॑ सुवा॒नो गि॑रि॒ष्ठाः प॒वित्रे॒ सोमो॑ अक्षाः मदे॑षु सर्व॒धा अ॑सि
"THOU, Soma, dweller on the hills, effused, hast flowed into the sieve,: All-bounteous art thou in carouse."

त्वं विप्र॒स्त्वं क॒विर्मधु॒ प्र जा॒तमन्ध॑सः मदे॑षु सर्व॒धा अ॑सि
"Thou art a sacred Bard, a Sage; the meath is offspring of thy sap: All-bountcous art thou in carouse."
